Why do I still have to enter my PIN after calling the station? And how to do it?
In accordance with the current trend, for the safety of your funds stored in each profile, we have significantly increased their security. Now, in addition to calling from the correct phone number, it is also necessary to enter a PIN in the call. You can set both in your profile under "activation numbers."
What is direct payment?
Our system now allows one-time payment for charging even without registration. Unregistered users can use the "direct payment" button to recharge immediately after online payment. As always, our payments are fair. Since we don't know exactly how much you will charge for, you pay us a deposit for charging in the amount of your choice before starting charging, preferably with a card, and then you can charge right away. After the charging is finished, the unused balance of the deposit will be returned to you. For technical reasons, it may take several days, but in the vast majority of cases, the billing is done within 24 hours.
What is the purpose of the EVMAP system?
EVMAP has four fundamental goals that we consider appropriate to support:
1) Provide users with a reliable interactive map of charging stations with the possibility of sharing information by the users themselves.
2) Offer users of charging stations direct payments without registration or the possibility to engage in a simple, user-friendly credit charging system without cards and other confusing elements.
3) To provide functionally rich support to operators, especially documents for accounting, online supervision of the basic functions of charging stations, a flexible tariff system with price differentiation of user groups.
4) A single platform for all.
What is the FCP discount mentioned in the time tariff?
This is a revolutionary charging billing solution, so that we comply with the legislative framework valid in our field. At the same time, we are aware of the inappropriateness and disadvantages of charging time tariffs, when it may actually happen that you are charging at a fast charger, but the maximum current that the charger can provide cannot be taken by your vehicle. On the other hand, the operator of the charging station/stand must have a tariff calculated for the largest possible load. For racks that have a time tariff of "n" CZK / min (FCP discount), you will always be given a percentage discount from the minute tariff, based on the percentage use of the capacity of the charging rack in the given tariffed time. The resulting charge price will then take this discount into account and will be shown in your bill for each charge. In this way, a very similar charging fairness is achieved, as when the providers charged for the legally inappropriate kWh unit. This charging will ensure that you charge as advantageously as before.
Are the charging stations on the map all Ours?
Only some. Most charging stations have other operators who can optionally connect their station to the paid charging system.
Can I add a charging station?
Yes! You will thus help all other electric motorists find this station easily.
To add a station, you just need to register, fill out the form with data about the station and wait for it to be checked by the administrator.
Can I add photos of the current station?
Yes! Photos help others find the charging station easily on site.
At each station on the map, you will find the option to upload your own current photos.
It is also possible to add a rating of the station according to your experience.
How can I top up my credit?
Every registered user has the opportunity to top up credit, which he then uses to charge at selected stations.
Credit top-up can be found in the menu User > Credit > Credit status and top-up.
You can top up any amount via the GoPay payment gateway in CZK or EUR.
In case of successful online payment, the credit is immediately added to your account.
Can I charge at a station billed in EUR if I have credit in CZK?
Every registered user has the opportunity to top up their credit, in both CZK and EUR. Credits in individual currencies remain in the top-up currencies. The correct currency is always used for top-up if you have credit in it. You can top up even if you do not have credit in the correct currency and you have it in another currency. However, the less favorable exchange rate for this top-up only will be used to account for top-ups. Therefore, in your own interest, have a credit in the settlement currency of the charger.
